Overview

WilMark helped develop this direct-to-patient brand for one of the nation’s largest urgent care companies and helped bring the brand to life with a fully executed messaging platform and innovative ways to reach broad patient populations, employers as well as highly targeted market segments.

The WilMark Difference

The WilMark Group worked with this regional company to rename and rebrand the entire organization. The WilMark team developed the new verbal and visual identity and then put together a multi-channel marketing program across all touchpoints. Individual campaigns targeted Key illnesses – sports injuries, flu season and acne related issues – and key audiences – Moms, Seniors

and college students to name a few. Along with development of all consumer messaging, the WilMark Group also delivered all internal communications and on-site materials. Finally, a mascot was developed to help deliver the messaging within each community. In short, the WilMark Group served as the company’s marketing department.

Results

Working in close partnership with senior leadership the company grew from its regional position to become the largest Urgent Care company in the country.
