Chris brings over 30 years experience in marketing, branding and communications to the WilMark Group. He has built successful brands for publicly and privately held organizations of all sizes. Working with companies such as Prudential Health Care, Magellan, and Wunderman worldwide prior to founding the WilMark Group, he thrives on solving detailed and complex business challenges for our clients. In fact, when our clients are at a crossroads, Chris is at his best. He specializes in reinventing, repositioning and relaunching organizations in need of a smart, solid brand strategy. When not working hard for clients – which isn’t often – Chris enjoys spending time with his family, working out and socializing with good friends.
Jim brings over 30 years of marketing, branding and management experience to the WilMark Group. Jim has a gift for finding strategic combinations that when added together, produce business-changing results. He's done so for brands including Hostess, Wonder, Nabisco, Coca Cola, Citibank, Ameritrade and numerous nonprofits that focus on autism, education and equality. Jim leads our WilMark Group Foundation where his left brain-right brain thinking has enabled him to lead and deliver marketing, branding and communications programs for nonprofits that could not afford a top-tier marketing firm. Jim enjoys spending time with his family, baking, swimming and watching baseball.
Ben is a creative and experienced digital marketer. He is the engine behind The WilMark Groups’ online marketing efforts. Ben leverages technology but never forgets basic business principles to get things done. An expert in strategy, paid online advertising and SEO, he brings a broad range of online marketing skills that generate leads and helps our clients grow.
Kristin has a natural knack for making friends with clients. Kristin has a gift for making every meeting a good one. Kristin worked with big brands, including Wyeth Consumer Health Care, Centrum Multivitamins, GMC Trucks, Thomas' English Muffins and Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Since joining WilMark, Kristin has been instrumental in managing accounts and projects, developing brand strategies and overseeing every piece of creative to ensure consistency. Day-to-day, she works closely with the creative team and clients to make sure that every assignment is right on the mark.
Frank is a true artist. And while his creative skills are unparalleled, his ability to build new business opportunities and lead a team to produce award-winning work makes him unstoppable. Frank has produced, managed and directed campaigns for clients, including University of Maryland, Hilton, Icelandair, Kennedy Space Center, Marriott, Fontainebleau, Cancun, The Nature Conservancy, Barcelo Hotels & Resorts, Nassau/Paradise Island, South Sea Island Resort and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, to name a few. Frank has led the WilMark Group’s effort to deliver award-winning creative for our clients.
Susan brings a highly successful career in advertising and marketing to the WilMark Group. It started in a creative boutique in Boston, then onto Madison Avenue culminating at McCann where she crafted award-winning and business building marketing and communications strategies for clients from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. She has a hard-charging work ethic, keen sense of human nature, communications skills and the ability to work with anyone. The WilMark team and our clients have been the beneficiaries of Susan’s background. We rely on her proven knack in market research, designing and executing marketing and PR programs, and her exceptional writing skills. She carried her skills over to raising her own children and seeing the world with them and her husband.
